USB Flash Drive doesn't work on xbox one s

So, recently, I've bought a USB 3.0 Flash Drive. I've bought the USB so I could have more storage on my Xbox and so the recording on my xbox can be 1 hour, not 10 minutes. I've read through websites, watched some videos and what I had to do is put my USB into my Windows 10 and make it NTFS. So thats what I done. After that I plugged the USB into my xbox and well the USB appears in the settings - storage so I pressed the USB button, I pressed the button that said 'Set as capture location' but then a message popped up on the screen saying "Try a different device, to capture game clips and screenshots externally, storage must ge USB 3.0 or faster. This defice is too slow. (0x80bd003b)". I kept trying different things like putting the USB in different ports, going to capture settings and doing it there but it didn't seem to work.

It's quite possible that the USB Flash Drive you are using the 16GB one is not working correctly with XBOX Live. If you are saying that the 4GB USB Flash Drive is working correctly, then please try to download your profile on the 4GB stick and see if it
does the same thing as the 16GB. If it doesn't then you know that the culprit was the 16GB Flash Drive and not the XBOX 360.

What make is it?

What the the rated storage capacity?

Where did you buy it

How much did you pay?
