    Usb adaptor for Headset and USB Hub work on Xbox One?


    Will a USB hub work in Xbox One? Will it provide enough energy to my inputs? I need to connect my mouse n keyboard, generic usb controller, and external HDD, and other stuffs too.

    Since my original controller went dead (I think due to an electrical problem), I want to use my headset P3 (not just to hear but to use my mic), so I think if an adaptor p3 to usb will work.

    USB Hubs should work fine with your XBOX One there are several options you can choose from, there are some devices that may require powered usb ports so you have to confirm with the device manufacturer if they required powered usb hubs.

    Hi, as far as I'm aware, the headsets need to go directly into the controller. The controller does not support an actual USB port, but instead a USB-type port that is compatible with the official Microsoft headset, and those who use the Xbox One Stereo Headset
    adaptor.

    I can't seem to find any adaptors that allow actual USB headsets to plug into the controller. I would say that your headset may not work with your Xbox One.

    A standard USB hub should work but in the short term do the front USB ports not work for the wireless adaptor/Kinect?

    Hey everyone,

    Audio worked out of the box for me. A USB Audio Device appeared when I plugged the Stereo Headset adaptor into the controller AND plugged headphones into the adaptor.

    This is using a standard Xbox One controller (i.e. not an elite) via the wireless adaptor with v20.24.34.491 drivers.
