    Hi, I have a Lenovo Explorer VR set and I tried to install Mixed Reality but it failed due to an incompatible USB socket. the message from mixed reality say i have a 3.0+ (its possible this computer has no compatible usb configuration)

    I check my computers spec and its an Etron USB 3.0 Extensible host controller 1.0

    All drivers are up to date. What can be the issue? I did a search for 3.0+ but i couldnt find anything about a +

    Hello Michel, I did a quick search on the internet and according to Lenovo this equipment was discontinued, so I do not think it is something from the operating system but maybe there are no more drivers available for it, ideally contact Lenovo to see if they can help you.

    The Plus next to USB3.0 just means USB3.0 and later so it includes USB3.1 and USB3.2

    Double check that your USB controller is running the most recent/correct driver:

    The driver details are at the bottom of the page...on your system go to device manager then USB controllers and right-click the relevant one followed by properties then driver and check if they match

    My brother did something similar (transferring profile with USB) with the same results. As far as I know (I'm not an expert) it is gone. He lost his Farm Simulation 15. I think if the profile was not on X Box live on the 360, it cannot be transferred.
    Anyone else have suggestions?
