US Xbox Series X use in Singapore

Good evening,

I'm going to be heading to Singapore soon and I was wondering if my Series X will work there or what I need to do to make it safe on 220v power. Thank you.

Xbox Series X can be used on 110v or 220v without any adapter, you can safely plugged and play

The games sold in Singapore are NTSC-J, and the power outlets are different than the ones in the US. So don't plan on buying games there unless you buy a console as well. If you take your own games, then all you will need is a power convertor.

You'll need a new power brick as the AC power standard in Singapore is 230v, 50hz. Call your local XBOX support number to order one.

360 game region encoding is not mandatory. There's an unofficial list of games and which regions they work with

Hi there,

You should have no problems playing the actual Xbox the only problem that I see coming from this is when you try and access regionally locked content, i.e. games bought on the Singapore economy, or utilizing regional Apps such as Netflix.

All you need is a power cable for the UK with a 5 amp fuse fitted, which you can buy from any local or online electrics store.
