What do you mean by veteran BKB? Veteran as in it was used by the U.S. military or it is what BF veterans use?

The page for this discount is here. I'm unsure as to whether or not it applies to games but it applies to hardware like computers, phones, and tablets.

I don't recall this being a thing on the xbox store due to it's world wide store front means different things for different countries ect.

So it's down to regional store fronts to say yes or not. Not the online market place to say discounts like that. I sadly doubt there is such a thing on the online store front. I would suggest contacting mircosoft support about it. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us But
