    Hello Jeremi,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on security change. We recommend to request a call from support to see what your option are.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    If you were to connect online while having hardware modifications on your console, especially if you were to use in-game mods to gain an advantage, it's possible that your console as a whole could receive a suspension.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulty with recovering your account.

    Could you provide for us additional info as to how you noticed your account was gone? Do you still have your account on the platform you were using?

    Do you know the email that is associated with your account? If you do its possible that you may be able to recover it by simply resting the password.
