    Recently my brothers bought Castle Crashers without my permission, they did not consult anyone, they simply bought. So I went through the purchase history to reimburse, and I did not have the option, and to make things worse, I found out that for over a
    week they also bought the Guncraft game. WONDERFUL.

    Please, I need the refund, the card is not mine, it's my grandfather's, it's saved on my Xbox One for purchases made by me, but it also looks like it was saved on my 360 account too ... Please, I need to repay these 2 games.

    Right now, grateful.

    Welcome, 5 days ago I bought pre-paid card 20 PLN. This money I added to my Microsoft account. Today I wanted buy Xbox Live Gold with this funds and I can not because my Xbox informed me that I have to use debit card or other pay metod. Is it some an option
    that You could repayment me this money and show me this pre-paid code so i can use this as gift code?

    You would need to check microsoftstore.com to see if you can purchase a prepaid gold card there with your Microsoft account balance. Otherwise, it is not possible to use your Microsoft account balance to purchase a subscription through Xbox.
