    Hello, this is an urgent issue and i have contacted Xbox support about 3 times about this issue and it still hasnt been resolved.

    For this months games pass quest it says that i need to complete 50 gamerscores worth of acheivements in order to fully complete the quest and be entered into the draw for the xbox one x. I completed this 50 gamerscore about 6 or 7 days ago and is much longer
    than the 2 days it says on the page to check my progress for the quest that it says it may take for the page to update. I am very worried because i very much want to be entered into the draw but because of this i wont be and i only have until the end of the
    month.

    I have been in contact with Microsoft and they said my ban ends on the 15th of October! When the website says it's over now!?

    Hey Tracy, it's best to wait a couple of days until it appears. If it doesn't appear within 3 days, I would recommend reaching back out to the Support Team.

  5. I have, ive waited about 8 days for it to update and it hasnt. Ive reached out to the support team multiple times and they can do nothing, they said someone on here could help

  7. Well i mean ive completed aboit 75g’s worth of gamerscore on the mcc and i unplugged my console and plugged it back in a few days ago and it still hasnt updated, is there any way i can contact someone directly from the xbox games pass team?

  9. Wait the xbox games pass os contactable through microsoft support and not xbox support? Becasue ive tried to contact xbox support many times and they dont know whats going on

    Through Xbox Customer Support, they are able to view the quests and check on the Xbox Game Pass to make sure it is active. However, they may not be able to help with issues pertaining to the Quest itself. For instance, if it is not updating the Gamerscore,
    they would not have access to update for the profile.
