Urgent: Incorrect Email on Account – Cannot Access or Unlink Console Accounts

Is there a way to unlink my account without login in. I don't have access to the email that is currently on the account

Is this the only way? I got off the phone with EA. They told me that the can't unlink it. We need to know and have access to the email linked to our xbox account to unlink it. I'm not banned. Mine was just deleted and they cant even tell me the email account associated with it.
