URGENT! I need to speak to an enforcement team member. I don't care if it's over text.

This is ridiculous. I'm tired of this. I got an enforcement ban recently and it was only "two days" so I thought nothing of it. Shortly after I get banned AGAIN but this time for multiple weeks. I investigate everything that I possibly
can, and find out how to submit a review. I submitted a review and I get a 100 day ban from XBLPET Sword. Why? Why am I being retaliated against for asking questions? This is harassment and completely ****. No Matter what I do there is no way to contact them
because my review was upheld. Apparently I'm console banned too, even though it doesn't say I am. I'm at a loss for words with how un-professional the enforcement team is. A simple Google search shows not hundreds, but THOUSANDS of complaints against the ridiculous
behavior and shady actions they perform. Why the hell is it impossible to contact them? I did NOTHING wrong I could not have POSSIBLY "harassed" someone. I WAS BANNED. I really need help with this. If I can't at least get a definite answer on this. Or at
least"proof" I did something wrong other than some half **** copy and paste response from the team, I will switch to PlayStation. I've been a supporter for years. Being banned for calling someone a dick is stupid. Especially when it's on an M RATED GAME. I
am a GROWN ADULT. Of a kid is playing on a mature game, they shouldn't be in the first place, second, if an adult gets so offended when someone calls them a even slightly offensive name in an M RATED game they also shouldn't be playing.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be contacted via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com.
