    Would it be possible to get someone within The Xbox Live Enforcement Team to look into this issue? Maybe they can perhaps delete all these bot followers with 0 gamerscore?

    What I can recommend here is to block each profile that followed you, this will remove them as a friend and unfollows them as well. This should prevent them from seeing your online status or any type of communication with you.
