I am sorry to hear about this issue. Typically, when someone purchases an item as a gift, the recipient should receive a 25-digit code to redeem. If you did not receive it, please ask the person who purchased the content to check if the purchase appears as "Completed" on their account at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

If the purchase is listed, they can click Show Details to check if the 25-digit code is provided. If the code is present, they can share it with you, and then you can redeem it on your account.

Since you mentioned that your Dad's account is blocked, try it checking it again after 24 hours.

I would try power cycling your console for a start. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely > Wait 20-30 seconds > Restart the console.

If that does not help, I say maybe you try and uninstall and reinstall the game. If that does not fix the issue you can contact Xbox Support for more guidance.

i think what your trying to say is that your gamertag was banned ( or was it console ) and your wondering if you pay 800 microsoft points will it sort the problem out ?

unfortunately no that wouldnt resolve the problem you having
