Urgent! Ban without justification of my console xbox 360

I own an old Xbox 360 console and old Microsoft in other products and I'm sure banning my Xbox 360 console model S and Serial Number: 157594402605 ... where in my account everything is as released without problems and was playing in live without problems until today 19/11/2017 when I tried to enter the game Plants vs Zombies and I was notified with the message that this console was banned ... sincerely personal without justification because I always use original games bought in stores in Brazil with the permission of Microsoft.!
I would like to inform you that there must have been some mistake or very gravissimo of the part of the company ... or some Bugs of the technical support ...!
I see how disgraceful this action and disrespect with me faithful and ancient client, and also an autirtary action, because it does not offer a just defense and request of the motive!
I will look forward to correcting this lame mistake to myself, certainly!

Unwarranted ban !! help!!!!

Hi, the ban only affects the actual console that was banned, you could buy another xbox 360 or indeed the xbox one without risk of the ban carrying over to the new console.

Since it's not eligible for a case review, all you can do is wait it out. I'd recommend reading the Community Standards very carefully to see if you could have posted something that wasn't allowed. For example, a lot of people post that they're looking to buy/sell/trade something in some games, but that's not allowed in LFG posts and can result in a suspension.
