    Uralten XBOX360 live account löschen


    Vor 15 Jahren mal mit der XBOX360 angelegt, kann ich diesen alten Account nicht löschen, um meinen Nickname/Gamertag für einen aktuellen Windows Live Account freizugeben.

    Als einzige Info habe ich eine E-Mail-Adresse und ein Passwort gespeichert.

    Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist aber jetzt der Zugang zu einem weiteren Account mit anderem Gamertag.

    Ich habe also praktisch keine gültigen Account-Informationen mehr.

    Könnte Microsoft da helfen ?

    Der Account ist immer noch aktiv aber ich komme nicht dran.

    It sounds like the email address and password you had was not for the GT you were looking to access if when you logged into it you saw a different GT. You can attempt to recover the account using the

    account recovery tool     or contact official support at support.xbox.com/contact-us.

    Eventually, depending on how long the account hasn't been accessed, the GT will be released due to inactivity.

    Profil löschen Nur nicht
    Profil und Items / But, when you delete the profile, Delete Profile Only,
    not Profile and Items.

    Are you perhaps referring to deleting the screen shots that you took with the Game DVR? If so, you can manage these screen shots by navigating to Upload Studio and then select the option to manage your clips. From there, you would
    have the option to delete any game clips or screen shots that you have taken.

    Wenn nein, dann die fehlerhafte Datei löschen, zur Sicherheit den Systemcache löschen und den Inhalt erneut herunterladen.
