    UPS wont accept return


    I have a faulty Elite Controller

    UPS will not accept the return from the UK as it is going to Germany & needs extra paperwork

    How am I supposed to return my controller?

    Tried support for a callback, but always get the service is not available right now

    Then I would definitely see about returning it or, if they will not accept it back, set up a repair of the console. Better safe than sorry.
