UPS missed me 3 times

I ordered an Xbox and was out all three attempts UPS made to deliver it. I called UPS and they told me to contact Microsoft. I tried to call and it redirected me to the website and now just hangs up on me. I am wondering how to have the package delivered to a UPS pickup location or have them try again at a specific time when I'm not working.

To have your package delivered to a UPS pickup location, you can contact UPS directly and request a change of delivery location. Alternatively, you can also try using the UPS My Choice service, which allows you to redirect your package to a UPS Access Point location for pickup.

If you would like to schedule a specific delivery time, you can also contact UPS and request a delivery appointment. However, please note that this service may not be available in all areas.

Regarding your difficulty reaching Microsoft support, I apologize for the inconvenience. Talk to an expert on the bottom of the page" or reach them on this number: 1-877-696-7786 for assistance with your order. They should be able to provide you with further guidance on how to proceed with your delivery.
