    UPS lost my Xbox


    My Xbox X is under warranty, so when a problem came up with the HDMI port, I went through Microsoft, reported the problem, they sent me a UPS label and I sent the package with my Xbox for fixing. UPS checked it for hazardous materials, changed the tracking number and then lost the package. How do I let Microsoft know about this? I created a claim on UPS but my order status on Microsoft doesn’t show that the package was shipped or received. I have tried to do the contact us but none of the menu items address this issue and there isn’t a number to call.

    Thank you for this, I was able to get to a screen where I could request a call, however every time I recieve a call, it disconnects after I consent to the recording. The one call that did go through, where I was able to speak with someone, that call was disconnected when they put me on hold to check into my issue. The customer service is atrocious. How do I speak with someone that can stay on the line and actually help me? Anyone have any other suggestions? 🙏🏻

    Contact support and see what they can do. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually work for me.

    Spending Christmas without my Xbox Live. Sigh. I already lost everything. I lost my profile and all my saves trying to get it back up by trying different ways. Merry Christmas to me. Microsoft better fix this issue ASAP!
