    UPS Label Delivery - Free or Not?


    Hello, I would like to inquire about the service order repair that I have made for my Xbox One S.

    I received the UPS Label Delivery for the shipping of the Xbox to Germany, but I want to confirm if I am paying the money in the UPS invoice or not.

    In the Microsoft Support Device Services page, it says there are no payments to be made, including shipping.

    But in the UPS Delivery it says there is a payment due for the delivery.

    Please advise on what am I expecting when delivering via UPS--am I going to pay or not?

    My controller left trigger i'snt 100% functional, so I ordered a replacement.

    My question is: should I sent it to the adresse in Czech republic or should I call ups since I get a Ups label delivery?

    It's free to you. UPS has to charge someone and they will be charging Microsoft. That's all that means.

    If the return label is for UPS then you would either drop it off at a UPS drop off or contact them to come pick it up. Same for if it's for a different delivery service.

    If you don't mind me asking, what kind of controller are you getting replaced?

    Controller replacements normally are self shipping, being that you have to ship the controller at your expense for the free exchange.

    For a little deeper look into your situation, I would suggest getting in contact with
    customer support at your earliest convenience.
