UPS didn't deliver my Xbox and I can't get reach a live support person for help?

PO Boxes don't work for UPS shipments but most other shipments you can choose to pick them up from the local distribution center instead of getting them delivered. My package is sitting at the distribution center now. It's ridiculous I can't go there with
my ID and get my package. Instead, they're going to deliver it, no signature required, to an address I no longer live at.

I'm trying to associate my gamertag with a different Windows Live ID, as my old one was deleted. The person who set up my parent account isn't available as he is in college. It can enter all of my information, but when I got to the parent pemission part,
I can't enter the email address at all. I've tried to contact Xbox Live Support, but they didn't really help. They said the Email address should already be filled out. However it isn't. Another agent told me to post it on Windows Live ID Forums, but they sent
me here.

Made a final call to xbox live support, to complain about being given the run-around. The person i spoke with didn't understand me, I didn't understand them. As far as i can tell, my issue with the refund was fixed? and I should buy the game in a shop...?

I give up.

My xbox live gold membership will not be renewed. I am disgusted.

I can see, why you'd think, that they are not helping here. Sometimes, every support employee is maybe not up-to-date or just forgets an important piece to share. They are just humans as well. Just try to contact another person to help you (like getting
a 2nd opinion from a doctor) if you feel, you didn't get the help you needed.

By the way, your account will not be deleted, if you don't have Xbox Live Gold. That just means, you can't play online. If you get a new Gold subscription, everything will be back to normal without any problems.
