Upon claiming the most recent Games with Gold title, this occurred. Text below box art...

Hey everyone!

We've received word that this should be resolved now. We have a few steps for you to run through to help clear up this box art issue:

- Delete game displaying incorrect box art from hard drive

- Clear cache 3 times

- Power cycle console

- Redownload game displaying incorrect box art from download history

Just to clarify these steps are for seeing the incorrect box art (Lords & Kingdoms) for titles on the Xbox 360.
This is not a fix for box art not showing for Xbox 360 games, if you are having trouble with cover art not displaying for some Xbox 360 games,

Not all games have a downloadable manual available. If it does, it will be on the game page on the marketplace, on the left side, just below the box art and info.

Hmm, it looks like it's ordering KOF by the "The" on the box art, as that is the full title of the game. I assume this is taking place up by the T section, correct?

It's quite possible that the Games on Demand version of this game is already at the most recent title update. This can occur with older games (like Assassin's Creed) which have been out for quite some time. They get repackaged, and the latest title update
is already included within the Games on Demand update.

also, some XBLA games (like the dragon-based kinect game) show the game, but it's just inputed in to show box-art and the trailer for the game. Sooo, some of these titles are "as-yet-to-be-released".
