Upon attempting to open my download queue, I’m greeted with this screen. Nothing else pops...

Hey! I’m using an original Xbox One, and I attempted to connect both wirelessly and wired. I opened the Xbox Accessories app on my laptop and was greeted with a “Connect a device” screen with a large controller and + image and a help button underneath it.

The help button launches a website with no pertinent information and there is nothing else available to me. I cannot open anything else or reconnect in any way.

Which country do you live in? How full is your hard drive on the console? Are you using any online services while attempting to download the game? (using online services can put the game in pending mode).

Have you tried selecting the game from the queue and choosing download now?

I cant access the dashboard. Upon turning the power on, it goes straight to the error screen after a brief attempt to finish the download. No options are available. Pushing the xbox button or any other button does nothing.

I just click on the download button and absolutely nothing happens. It maybe sometimes takes me to the queue but then nothing appears or starts downloading. I’m on a wireless connection and I’m currently trying to download call of duty modern warfare. I’ve also noticed that I can download disc games but not digital.
