Uploads from Xbox are not showing in OneDrive

We understand that that you are attempting to upload files from your Xbox to OneDrive however when you check on the web version OneDrive you don't see the uploaded files.

As detailed in our Back up your game clips guide, only game clips can be saved to OneDrive via an Xbox console. It's a straightforward affair of just uploading to OneDrive like any other file. With you not seeing the uploads on the web version of OneDrive suggest that you might be using a different Microsoft account in your Xbox console and your OneDrive account. So, are you sure you're using the same username and password in both OneDrive and Xbox?

Since you have a desktop computer, if you upload a file from your PC to OneDrive using Google Chrome and then open the OneDrive account on a different web browser like Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox does the file show up?

I upload videos to OneDrive and they appear in OneDrive but they have no size, so there is nothing. Cant even upload files to Gmail to download it from there. XBox App on PC doesnt show the files that are on the console. Absolutely ridiculous you cant upload video files in 2023 on XBox Series S.

from my experience, the upload to OneDrive is from the Xbox not the Live server as you can upload to OneDrive without sharing to Live.

Install Onedrive on your phone and upload your content from xbox to Onedrive.
