Upload Studio video and audio out of sync.

Audio and video is out of sync in upload studio. Even after deleting and re downloading. This has happened ever since last update and it is affecting alot of people.

Audio and video is out of sync in upload studio. Even after deleting and re downloading. This has happened ever since last update and it is affecting alot of people that I have spoken with. Is there a fix?

 

Upload Studio Audio Out of Sync

Recently I have noticed when trying to edit clips in Upload Studio that the sound is completely out of sync. I like to edit my clips down but the audio is so far off from the video it’s terrible. The sound is perfectly in sync when I just watch the original
clip, whether on my console or on Xbox live. I first noticed the problem when the latest round of Xbox insider preview patches were released.

I have tried a hard reset, deleting and redownloading the app, and everything else I can think of other than taking myself out of the insider program and going back to the live version, mainly because I’m uncertain whether the reset will remove the apps,
clips, and games that I have downloaded because the verbiage in the disclaimer to remove the patch is very unclear.

Really looking for a solution if possible. If not, hoping that Microsoft is already aware of the problem and is working on the inevitably simple patch to fix this issue. Seems to be a reoccurring theme every so often when new patches are released.

Fellow XBOne gamers, throw a comment below if you’re having similar issues so we can get Microsoft as much information as possible on the problem.
