Seeing that you're not able to resolve the issue with any troubleshooting steps you have all tried. It couldn't hurt to submit a report on the problem threw your console. That way at least the system devs can look into the issue and
see what's possibly causing the problem.

I am testing speeds from the Microsoft edge app, as I am typing this response. Download is pulling at about 140 mbps, Upload has only hit about 6mbps which is still not optimal, though better than a 1-2 mbps.

The upload is causing such an issue, it wont even allow me to load up Multiplayer. I am a big Rainbow 6 Siege PLayer, and it wont allow me to do anything on the game, "without internet connection", is what it states. It acts as if it can't connect period.
This is why I said, I cant do anything. I recently began Streaming on twitch, and haven't been able to do any of that, with my xbox not performing properly.

The download speed is fine, but the upload speed is just being a major pain, and it didn't start until about a week and a half, to two weeks ago. It also, wont allow me to join parties or talk with people consistently either.

Well you have 2 weeks with that...i'm having that issue since 3 months ago and yet no solve. I've been calling my isp every week. They come and says that theres no problem at all with my internet. And i see that im not the only one. And i can't find any solution.

This is a strange problem indeed. Usually one or more of the troubleshooting you have done will fix it. It may be that the console is connecting to a different server than before. Also, just as a test can you connect wired and run a test? With wireless there
are many factors that could cause this, for example a microwave can cause interference as it is the same radio frequency as wireless. We are curious if you are getting the same with wired connection.

I just started having the SAME issue that started about last week. This appears to be a problem on the XBOX side of things. Has anyone resolved this yet? Are you still having the issue?
