Upload and latency crazy slow and dont match what i am getting to my house.

I’ll have to look in to that. However, my NAT is open, port forwarding is enabled and UPnP is enabled as well.

The dashboard speed test is testing whether or not you can reach the Xbox login service, it is not designed indicate gameplay performance.

The band with that you pay for from your Internet provider is not representative of what services on the other end are willing to provide you. Xbox download tap out in about 250 Mbps under optimal conditions, and uploads are low priority if the servers are busy like they tend to be on weekends

You can use your device IP on the DMZ of your Router.

This should help improve your connection to the Xbox servers.

A) On your Router

1. Make sure to use the ethernet cable connection, it is more reliable than the Wi-Fi one. (If possible)

2. You then, have to assign a static (fixed) IP for your Xbox console on your router, which will enable you to do the next steps

3. Turn on DMZ under the IP you selected for your Xbox Console.

4. Turn on UPnP on your router

By doing that, you'll pretty much have an open and direct connection to the game servers.

B) On the Xbox Console

Configure the network settings accordingly.

Enter the Settings menu.

Under the General tab, select Network Settings then Advanced Settings.

Take note of the information displayed

Select IP Settings > Manual.

Enter the same IP you configured on your router DMZ.

I am having the same issue. I was downloading an update for a game, and it was frustratingly slow. I went to check what the speed I was getting from there, for kicks, and only get MTU and Latency (a tad higher than normal for me at 28ms). Everything else
in the house is running fine.

I have recently moved to the UAE and brought a WiFi package which allows me to have a 250mbs download speed and 50mbs upload speed which I am achieving, however I am having an issue my latency on the Xbox which is 133ms which is affecting my overall experience
and slow match making.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
