Hi MSN,

Is there a reason why I got 30k reward points instead of 50k points for upgrading to xbox one S from the Microsoft store within the promotional period?

Missing 20,000 points

The offer was 30,000 for upgrading from a 360 to xbox one and 50,000 for upgrading from a xbox one to xbox one s.

Pending rewards credits or not received - One single big thread!

I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.

How about the other games I have? From the online store, whether purchased or a free download, will almost nothing work. I literally have tons of gigabytes and games saved on both internal and external drives. Everything is just going wrong and lessening since “upgrading” to the S Series from the Xbox One!!

You have to pick up from the store the cross-gen edition and it will cost you the difference between the standard and the cross-gen version (around 10 bucks) :
