    I am thinking of buying the £1 for one month of ultimate. Will this remove my prepaid 1 year gold subscription and make me buy a new one after the ultimate runs out?

    Game pass ultimate

    Since you upgraded to Ultimate, your gold was cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate as well. Cancelling Ultimate also cancels your gold.

    I upgraded my life gold to ultimate then i cancelled upgrade but it cancelled live gold too and i lost my year of gold supsc.

    Fyi just going to mention that 1/1 upgrade from gold to ultimate no longer exists

    As of the recent price increase the conversion is 3/2 permanently regardless of if gold or ultimate (no need ro upgrade not just add the gold time to ultimate or upgrade to ultimate but 1/1 is no more)

    Xbox didnt give me a refund

    It worked as intended. In order to get a refund you would have had to cancel the Standard subscription before upgrading to ultimate. You don't get a refund or discount when upgrading. Once you upgraded, the Standard subscription would have been cancelled and upgrading to Ultimate in addition to the Ultimate you purchased. So you would only get a refund for the Ultimate.

    You can't generally cancel prepaid memberships unless he upgraded to ultimate which cancel it but upgrade you would have.13.months of.ultimate.not 1 month of ultimate and 12.months of gold

    You stack.memberships and whenever you get a different package you upgrade this are you sure he didn't upgrade ro ultimate it will.show as canceled but.will.still have ultimate

    Now.If he canceled ultimate instead of turning off autorenewal that's different and.no.there is.no refunding that as the warming said when.he upgraded .he forfeits the upgraded time if he did that

    Lost 4 months of Xbox Gold after cancelling Ultimate Pass. Had Ultimate Pass only 1 week.

    When you upgrade to Ultimate, any gold or game pass you already have on your account is cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate since Ultimate already includes those. So cancelling your Ultimate cancels everything.
