    Upgrading to premiun


    I need some help. I have been trying to upgrade to premium and every time I do I get a message telling me to uninstall this app and then install it again from the product page in Windows Store. That my license needs to be refreshed to make in-app purchases
    [CVUpgrading to premiun :DVKgiCBsbEa0g3FE.3007.1] I have uninstalled it several times and reinstalled it and I double and triple checked to make sure that all the information is the same and I still get the same message. I don't know what else to do. Can someone help me with
    this please?

    Upgrading to premiun

    I am experiencing the same problem and thought I must be doing something wrong. I've gone through the uninstall process 4 or 5 times. It's a vicious, frustrating loop!

    I wish someone who knows how to fix this problem will actually answer this and help all of us. I have gone to another one and no one has answered anything in that one either.

    After the latest Windows update it is asking me to upgrade to premium. My subscription doesn't expire until January and now I got ads. Upgrading to premiun :(

    I am having the exact same problem all week after a 3 hour update on Windows. Microsoft owes me money if there cannot be a fix. The registry probably has to be edited and Solitaire restored. Help?

    No, I was able to actually upgrade on another computer but when I got back on my other one, it still shows that I am not premium and I can't get anyone to help or give us some kind of heads up. This has been going on for awhile and I'm rather upset over
    the whole thing.
