    Upgrading to All-Access Series X but with Dell Financial?


    To explain:

    About two years ago, I signed up for the All Access plan with the Xbox One X at the Microsoft Store at Mall of America. When I did, I was financed via Dell Financial Services.

    Fast forward to now, I've paid off my All Access in full, and have been wanting to set things up to upgrade to the Series X as of late.

    Problem is, however, that the All Access requirements say that you need a Citizens One line of credit I believe. And the Microsoft Store at MOA is no longer there, so I can't talk to them in person to get things set up.

    I'm mainly wondering what I can do at this point if I'm seemingly unable to use my current account to upgrade to the Series X.

    Microsoft all access upgrade questions

    The All Access is so you can get an Xbox One now and then upgrade to a Series X when it's released basically. So you wouldn't get the option to purchase the Series X yet.

    That was actually a different All Access plan that would allow you to upgrade to a One X. It's completely separate from the Series X All Access option which wasn't made available until the end of 2019.

    I'd like to keep the All access (since I have 1 year of gamepass left), and upgrade my console to the X series. I just didn't see any specific trading options for S to X Series.

    Dying Light 2 only 30 fps on Series S... What a disgrace!

    Dying Light 2 is a big game and highly anticipated. Series S owners are paying a next-gen price for the game and will wonder why they're only getting a last gen 30 fps performance.
    Remember, you're not stuck with the Series S version. When availability gets better you can always exchange your S for an X. When you upgrade, you'll get access to all the Series X features for this and other games.

    I upgraded my Series S for an X.
