Upgrading didnt unlock anything

For both season 1 and season 2 i have purchased the combo breaker pack and then purchased the ultra edition.

For season 1 i purchased the $20 then the $40 and got a refund

For season 2 i purchased the $20 then the $24 to upgrade.

Issue with season 1 was it didnt give me all the accessories for the characters, i still had to earn them using xp, i would get the retro versions automatically.

issue with season 2 is that i just upgraded and nothing has changed, i understand you have to earn accessories, but i upgraded and nothing is any different within the killer instinct game.

i also get a popup each time i load the game now to install a update for the text but it takes me to the xbox marketplace and shows the ultra edition.

so issues is i didnt get any of the accessories for upgrading from each season (excluding retro costumes)

anyone else getting this issue? anyone else upgrade with problems? any fix?

ive uninstalled and reinstalled all games and costumes and reset my xbox and still no luck.

is my last option to call xbox one?

Title Didnt Unlock

hey guys, gotta question for ya



I have over 2500 kills with the ACR, yet the title that is suppose to unlock for that still has not for me.



Anybody know why? Anyone else have this problem?

 

achievement didnt unlock

I just did the it's high noon achievement in quick play and it didn't unlock is there anyway to fix this cause this achievement was already hard enough to do the first time.
