Upgraded to xbox one S (per My Mission) but did not get promo as advertised

Hi,

I have upgraded from xbox to xbox one S as there is a promo in "MyMission". The promo sid the following (promo is still valid on my page at time of this email):

I have received and install the xbox one S but do not see my 50,000 credits or the free game selection when ordering or delivered.

only received 30,000 points for xbox one s upgrade

hi,

I upgraded to the new xbox one S console from an xbox one and only received 30,000 points not the 50,000 points as per the promotion. how do i get this resolved ?

Xbox One S order and 50,000 points

I had a mission where if I upgraded to an Xbox One S I would get 50,000 points but its been 20 days and I still don't have my rewards. Can I please have assistance?

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

The free game would have depended on the console you ordered.

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending. Unfortunately, we do not cover the free game with the console. Since that is a MicrosoftStore.com offer, we cannot give a fully informed response on that. You
can ask their support for assistance at:

The Xbox One S was the first one that didn't have the Kinect port. That is why there was a PROMO for a free Kinect Adapter.

Yeah I know but if someone is willing to upgrade to a newer more expensive system they should do the same for them.

Okay. So you already know that the Xbox One S has no Kinect port.

It is granted that you know the same thing happens on the Xbox One X.

Since it is commonly known there is no port, an adapter is needed, which is bought separately.

It was understandable that there was a promo before since it was a shift to a product with no port.

It is redundant to provide the same exact promo.

To be clear, did you buy a One S or a Series S? Does it have a disc drive?

You shouldn’t get any upgrade prompts on a One S, X/S games will not run on a One S, if you upgraded the game to the X/S version, so if you have One S, you should decline upgrades
