Upgraded to Xbox One... My Downloaded Games?

I recently got an Xbox One, and expected all of my titles that I've downloaded to my Xbox 360 to show up for download. This is Minecraft, Minecraft Story Mode, and a bunch of others. The only game that downloaded for free was Plants vs Zombies.

Do I have to buy these games all over again to play them on the Xbox One?

Unable to download Foo Fighters II song pack for Rocksmith 2014 on 360

Fun Fact: It so happens I just upgraded to Rocksmith 2014 on Xbox One. All the songs from this pack downloaded perfectly fine on my xbone.

Highly doubt the files are broken.

Skin Pack 1 For Minecraft

I bought the skin pack 1 for minecraft on my xbox 360 a while back and i've recently upgraded to the Xbox One, but when I downloaded Minecraft again Skin pack 1 wasn't there. is there some way I could get it back?

The only ones that will be available are the ones on the backwards compatibility list

Xbox Series X games / upgrades / updates has to be installed onto the Series X internal or expansion card SSD,

You can have Xbox One games on your external hard drive that will get an Series X upgrade but the games will need to be transferred to the Series X and then the Series X upgrade will need to be downloaded onto the Series X SSD,

As an example...

I have Marvel Avengers on my external hard drive that will get the Series X upgrade and I will transfer the game over to the Series X SSD ready to download and update the game to the Series X version when available.
