Upgraded to Xbox One but no points yet.

I purchased the Gears Xbox one S deal through microsoft online store the other day. Up till now I have only been a 360 owner and am a Live Gold member. The purchase has been confirmed, my Xbox has shipped and the payment has gone through at my bank. I
have yet to see any indication that the rewards program has acknowledged that purchase and is therefore prepared to add the earned credits. Does the process take like a week or something for everything to be validated before the credits will be given? I
understand that credits are not deposited till the 15th or 30th of each month and only when 5000 or more have been earned. I would just like to know what to expect with regards to the rewards mission for upgrading to the one. Thank you!

Missing rewards credits

I upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S as part of the 50,000 rewards credits offer, but have still not been credited any points. Can someone help to credit my missing points?

I have the same problem. I upgraded to an Xbox one S from an Xbox one using the link in the email i was sent. It has been 17 days not and still no points.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

Hello fellow gamers. The new xbox is coming out this year and I have yet to upgrade mine from the original xbox one. I've been waiting for this xbox series to come out before I upgraded again. I didn't see the point in upgrading my Box because it still
work great I have an external hard drive so my memory's fine. I'm still gonna keep it and just buy the new one at the end of the year So for myself I would say wait and buy the newest one. Happy gaming everyone

Backward compatible controllers? I see your point there yet it's up to the manufacturers and they better upgrade rather than downgrade.

It is for people yet to upgrade to the Xbox One. It gives them an option if and when they decide to jump into next gen.
