Upgraded to new XBox One-S from the Microsoft store. Still no 50000 points. Used a different ...

I bought a brand new blue special edition XBox One-S from the Microsoft Store on November 23rd but I still can't see my 50,000 points. from the upgrade promo.

My Microsoft store order number is 17775466161 and I bought it with my "physical purchases" email account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (which is not the same as the email I use for my "" XBox Live/Reward account). Could you please
fix this for me? Thanks!

50000 Rewards Points

I received the email offer of 50000 rewards points for buying a new Xbox One from the Microsoft Store. At the time, I didn't realize that they were Xbox Rewards and no Microsoft Rewards. I have since signed up with Xbox Rewards and am wondering if/when I'm
going to receive my points. Thanks.

Since the other email account you used is not associated with any Rewards Accounts that were selected for this offer, you did not receive any Credits. Furthermore, we can only Reward Accounts for purchases made with that account.
