Upgraded to Game Pass Ultimate, but Forza Horizon 4 didn't get access to Lego DLC?

I installed and played Forza Horizon 4 with the "normal" Game Pass. Today I upgraded to Game Pass Ultimate, and I now have access to Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition, which includes DLC like Lego Speed Championship and Fortune Island.

However, when I start the game, I can't access these things, instead it always takes me to the marketplace to buy these DLC. What's going on? How I can make it recognize that I am playing the ultimate edition and have access to the DLC?

Theyre the same game, its just a bundle that includes DLC

Only the standard edition of Forza is available with Game Pass (regular or Ultimate). Did you purchase the Ultimate add-on for the game itself?

Ah, for some reason I thought you got the ultimate edition with the ultimate game pass. It's also confusing that when I look at the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition in the Xbox app, that it has a Play button rather than a buy button.

The only ones it allows you to install are forza 4 formula drift cars, forza 4 fortune island, forza 4 lego speed champions and forza 4 best of bond. The others do not appear. This is the description for this bundle.

The screenshot showing "included in this bundle" will only show a few as there are too many separate DLC items in it to list fully as there are 11 separate things in it:

But, as noted above, the DLC does not come as part of Game Pass Ultimate...you can buy the Bundle and play without owning the game (ie using the Game Pass version of the game)
