Upgraded to a XBox One-S and still haven't received my 50,000 points...

I recently upgraded to a XBox One-S (Blue Special Edition Xbox-S bought from the Microsoft store) and still haven't received my 50,000 points... I first logged-in with my it last Saturday (December 10th) and, as of today (December 13th), still no points
in sight on my Reward account.

Please note that the e-mail account I use to make my "physical" purchase on the Microsoft Store is not the same e-mail account as my Xbox Live/Rewards account.

I upgraded my xbox one to the xbox one s Battlefield console on the 19th of October (15 business days ago) and used the promo code for the 50,000 points but I still haven't received them. Where are they?

Missing points

When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

We do not see a console purchase for this gamertag. We can only track purchases from MicrosoftStore.com. If you purchased from a physical retail store, it would not be eligible for this offer.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.

My 50,000 points for purchasing the Xbox One S on 12/21 haven't even showed up as pending!
