    Hi, I just noticed on my account that after I upgraded to the Xbox game pass I have been getting charged for both gold live & game pass every month. My understanding is when you get game pass Xbox gold live is included therefore no need to pay for gold

    Ok, if you see that you account says Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you can contact Xbox Support...

    In there you can check what type of subscriptions you have active, for the way you describe its like you have Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass.

    The subscription that have Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass as one serice is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate!

    Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass for Console and Game Pass for PC.

    You must have just Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold.
