Upgrade voucher or coupon?

Hello and good morning or evening. My name is Jared and I was wondering my xbox one is only a couple months old and all of a sudden a newer better model comes out and sadly I can't really take my console back to Gamestop since they only allow a trade in
and that would only give me $150 in store credit and that a big loss since I payed $300.00. I would very much like to trade my console for the newer model. If not I understand and I'll try and sell it via craigs list and suffer the money loss and re-buy the
newer model. Please let me know what you can offer.

xbox Live Gold promotion of late June, 2018 did not get fullfilled

On or about June 11, 2018 I was offered a 3-month subscription to Live Gold for $25, which was to include a voucher for another 3 months that would be emailed to us. I made the purchase. The subscription runs out 9/11 (tomorrow). We have not yet received
the promised voucher. How can I get the voucher or otherwise resolve this problem?

 

Has anyone ever pre-ordered from the Ubishop?

Yeah, you get a free £10 voucher to use on your next purchase from the Ubishop. I'll just get a T-shirt or something I reckon.

 

There are no trade-in offers through the forums. You would need to try working with other retailers.
