Upgrade to Xbox One S - 50,000 credits promotion

I have upgraded to an Xbox One S - bought 4th October (I can give you an order number if that helps) - following the promotional email titled '50,000 reasons to upgrade' sent 28th September

I have received my Xbox One S but still not had the 50,000 rewards credited to my account. On the forum it says to wait 'up to 15 days' which would have been 19th October.

I have attempted contacting support previously by phone (I can provide reference numbers if that helps) but they have been unable to help due to being in a different department (?!) and so have directed me to this forum.

I've already missed out on some great Black Friday deals. Please can you help me get hold of these credits before the promotion runs out completely.

Xbox One S Upgrade - Did Not Receive My 50,000 Rewards Credits

I was a day one owner of the original Xbox One and it died at the end of October 2016. I received an email about a promotion to receive 50,000 rewards credits if you owned the Xbox One and purchased an Xbox One S from the MicrosoftStore.com site between

I purchased a promotion eligible Xbox One S console from MicrosoftStore.com on November 1, 2016, it shipped on November 2, 2016 and I received it on November 4, 2016. I have the order number if necessary. I have been using the new Xbox One S with the same
account as was used on my original Xbox One but I still have not received my 50,000 rewards credits. The same account used for both the Xbox One and the Xbox One S has been a Xbox Live Rewards member since 2012.

In the FAQ section about the promotion, it states that I should receive the 50,000 rewards credits within 15 days of the ship date and it now has been 20 days. I called Xbox Support over the phone and their only suggestion was to continue to wait. I was
eligible for this promotion, who do I need to contact in order to receive my rewards credits?

Missing 20,000 Xbox Live Rewards Credits

On November 24th 2016 (Order number 10963132466), I purchased/upgraded to the Xbox One S from Microsoftstore.com because There was an offer to receive 50,000 rewards credits for doing so. I checked my account today and only received 30,000 credits, missing
20,000 credits which is worth $20 in xbox credit

Apologies for the inconvenience. Phone support does not handle Xbox Live Rewards, which is why they redirected you to this forum. We will adjust your account to reflect your purchase, and you should see the Credits pending by the end of next week, at the
latest.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

I have also upgraded to the S model through the rewards site and have not received 50,000 credits.

Seeing as how the promotion ends in 2 days I'm getting worried.
