Yesterday I paid 12 months Xbox Live Gold subscription. I wish upgrade to GPU but it's not possible.

On my Xbox One, it's written : "it seems an error has occured but we can help. Contact microsoft support".

And on microsoft.com, I can subscribe to GPU for 12,99 per month.

So, the upgrade to GPU doesn't exist anymore?

Yes. You buy the 1 month of Ultimate and it'll convert your 12 months of Gold as well, so you'll end up with 13 months of Ultimate. You'll be charged monthly for Ultimate after the 13 months if you do not turn off auto-renewal before then or extend the time with prepaid cards.

Yes, the upgrade is still available. To upgrade you just have to purchase Ultimate. It will convert any remaining standard Gold/Game Pass into Ultimate as well.
