    Stumped! Can't make movies fullscreen on Free Movies App!

    Even purchased 4.99 ad free upgrade. FREE MOVIES APP for xbox one

    can play movies in hd, but can find NOWHERE to expand to fullscreen!!

    Sometimes when I click on a movie there is a play,pause, and fullscreen icon below slider but when I click fullscreen nothing plays.

    You have to be free or gold to upgrade 1/1

    The best case is buy 3 years of gold codes and then when your accoumt is free not ultimate

    Add the gold time upto 3 years then buy one month to upgrade to 3 years of ultimate

    paid for remove ad's from MS Solitaire Collection but ad's still there. Tried to pay again and get error message something went on there end try again later.

    There has to be an error with your ad free status.

    Free Game Pass Unlimited advertised and said 36 month conversion rate

    What you most likely saw was information about upgrading to Ultimate and that you can upgrade up to 36 months at a time at the conversion rate at that time. Conversion rate refers to the ratio of converting Xbox Gold (now Core) or standard Game Pass into Ultimate. At the time you bought the laptop, the conversion rate would have been 1:1 and is now 3:2. If you didn't have a subscription when you added Ultimate, it wouldn't have affected you.

    Basically your laptop most likely had a free trial which depending on the laptop could have only been 1 month of free Ultimate or 3 months of free Ultimate. If you had a subscription at the time you added that free trial, what you already had would have been converted and upgraded to Ultimate as well for up to 36 months depending on what you had.
