    I have received a few emails prompting me to upgrade from my xbox 360 to xbox one/s, and if I do I would receive 50, 000 credits (only 30, 000 if you're not a gold member). I have now upgraded to an xbox one s but I have yet to see any of the credits.

    50K upgrade reward?

    I upgraded to a new Xbox One S 11/25/16 and still have my original Xbox One. I was under the impression that I'd receive the upgrade offer of 50,000 rewards points for this transaction but I haven't seen that happen. Is there something I'm supposed to do
    to complete this? I do see a 34,100 deposit but not sure what this is??

    Hello Fishtaco321,

    Only select members were chosen for the 50,000 Credit offers. Since you were not selected for those offers, you received the default value of 30,000 Credits. If you had been selected for a 50,000 Credit offer, your mission page for that offer would have
    displayed a code for free expedited shipping.

    Have yet to receive my Game Pass Ultimate/Epic rewards.

    Hey there,

    Just to clarify, have you received any rewards, or are you expecting two more rewards? The Game Pass Quest reward you receive are upgraded for each tier you complete, and you don't receive an additional reward for each tier. For example, if you complete
    each of the tiers, your reward is upgraded up to the Epic Mystery Gift.

    Hope this helps clarify, please let us know if there are any details we missed.

    Currently a Gold member but on Xboxlive rewards says upgrade to gold....

    If you upgraded outside of purchasing on the marketplace you wont be rewarded

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.

    If you go on to the Microsoft Rewards App itself it says 'Upgrade to the Xbox One X for 50000 points'

    Since when am I no longer a gold member?

    When did you set up the rewards account, or when did you upgrade? There is up to a 72 hour delay on updating information on the rewards site, as can be viewed in the FAQ on rewards.xbox.com.
