Upgrade problem

Discus and support Upgrade problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased the monthly upgrade for $1.99 My upgrade has expired so now I want to buy the yearly upgrade for $9.99 But, It wont give me that option....     Upgrade problem


    I purchased the monthly upgrade for $1.99 My upgrade has expired so now I want to buy the yearly upgrade for $9.99 But, It wont give me that option. Why does it only give me the option to buy the monthly?

    Upgrade Problem?

    The problem happens when you buy a tune from the Storefront and the Turbo is included with the tune.

    If you buy the Turbos 1st and then load the tune then you will be able to remove the Storefront tune and reinstall the Turbos.

    That's what I do when I want to try a Storefront tune. Purchase the Turbos before I load the Tune from the Storefront.

    It's a known issue - the only way around it is to sell the car and buy a new one.
