Are you trying to tell everyone something, or wanting an answer to a question?

Unfortunately this did not work.

We are unsure wether them game was acquired through purchasing or game pass, but are curious why this might matter?

To clarify I am able to open the game and navigate all the way through setting up a game but once I click play a screen saying “upgrade now: this content is not available to you as a battlefield v trial player. If you want access to this content you need to upgrade this game.” pops up.

We’ve always been under the impression that game sharing gives full access to games, is this not true?

The trials are only for new accounts created on that xbox. If you already had a profile, you will not be able to apply the trial.

Best bet is to create a new profile on your console and when its talks about gold, choose UPGRADE LATER. If you upgrade now, you will not get the trial.







Also, the S consoles only come with one trial. If it has been used in any way (another player or was an open box or used console) it will not be available.

Sorry for my English (I am french) but as I said I contact an online xbox assistant

On xbox.support.com:

Contact us > xbox one> games and app> my game don' start>view contact methods (grey case) >Tchat xbox (no forum).

If you have only the forum and you don't see the "Tchat xbox" try on android ( I didn t find it on my PC personnaly)

Then explain your problem to the Xbox assistant (who is online) and he will solve your problem.

(He change something on the account on which i install the trial version then he askee me to restart my xbox and it worked)
