Yes i have the usb stick in with the right stuff on but no option for me to choose on offline system update and its the xbox one original

If you can get to the settings again, go to network then select advanced settings and select clear mac filter. It's should be the last option. After you choose that option your console will restart refreshing your computer's ip. Hopefully this will resolve
the issue.

In your games and apps there's an option to filter what types of games you're viewing (all, Xbox One, One and 360, etc.). There's an option to view Enhanced games. Choose that option (it'll be on the top right of your screen) and it'll show any games you
have that have received the update.

Edit: in netgear, for nat filtering it gives you the option for secured and open. Choose open.
