    Updating One Guide TV channel selection menu to reflect change in TV providers.


    I recently changed my TV provider from Spectrum to Metronet, but the Spectrum channel numbers are not being replaced by the new Metronet menu. The Metronet menu is not included in the list of providers presented during the console bringup. What do I need to do to update my One Guide channel menu?

    HDMI Pass-through Question

    To take full advantage the cable/ TV box will need to be HDMI CEC. This will give Xbox One the ability to change channels via the Xbox One TV guide. If not CEC you will have to use TV box remote to change channels.

    Out of date guide

    Talk talk tv have changed their channel numbers so one guide is out of date for them. I think one guide needs an update. Any support much appreciated!

    Shows that Live TV via HDMI is supported, but it isnt as you cannot select a provider to allow full functionality of the Live TV such as channel guide.

    Hi HOOFHHARTED82, can you give us your provider, zip code, and some examples of missing channels?

    Also, have you gone to TV settings, the guide, and changed the channel filtering options to see if that impacts anything.
