    Kindly try and access the settings using a new device or a different browser. Preferably Microsoft edge browser.

    Hi, same issue again here.

    Parrent account:

    Child 1 : Rod Kitom

    Child 2 : Chisel Rifting

    Please fix online acces for both boys. They are both added to my microsoft family.
