    This is a suggestion. Would it be possible to be able to update and download games on the old and new consoles from the Xbox mobile app. Also with that concept in mind, having the option to enable notifications, that a game needs to be updated. Which the. You can do from your phone and it will be ready to play when. You start up your console.

    Just an idea, what do you think?

    If you would like to install Games from your mobile device you need to use the Xbox Game pass app. And for your Xbox app problem try to re-install it or check if there is any updates for the app itself.

    Can you try accessing the Xbox app from your mobile phone just to check if it works? I don't think the update would ruin the app since there has been no reports about this.
    well it works fine in mobile phone although it doesn't give me all games that i own, i guess that's because the xbox app in mobile phone doesn't support Egypt Region and i think it supports xbox console only not the PC App

    This is totally wrong. There are quests on the Xbox Mobile App and the Mobile Game Pass App....prior to my advice above, I specifically checked the Xbox App itself and there were quests on there!

    I have re-installed and checked for updates dozens of times as I've previously stated. The same issue is present.
