Updating for three days

Clear your console's MAC, restart your internet devices, and try again.

Follow this path to clean your console's MAC.

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address>clear console will prompt to restart.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums. They may show the message on the site, but they don't always. They won't give you any information regarding who reported you.

It took me one full day for receiving the update, and three days for me to gain the access of the beta forum

Three days and no damn update on this problem... starting to run out of patience now.

It took me three days once I got in the preview program to actually be able to download the update.
