    Updating error for xbox one console


    Please can someone help me out as I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. My sons xbox one console needs updating however it doesn't work and we keep getting the error code 0x80070570 which when I Google it just brings up information on the xbox 360 when my sons console is a xbox one. I've tried the 10 second power off 30 second plug out of the console that hasn't worked. I can't try the offline update as I don't have a pc or a USB to do this. Is there anyone who can give me some advice on how I can fix this as I just can't afford to get him a new computer.

    Error E102 00000C01 80070003.

    Usually, this error occur upon startup or during OS updates. Basically, this error message indicate there is an issue with your Xbox One S system update process. To fix the E102 error, you need to update your console
    offline.
